Mr Sajan is a civil engineer who has worked with Mr. Baker for 15 years. He currently is the joint director of COSTFORD and also heads the Trivandrum sub centre. He is responsible for the design and implementation of many of COSTFORD's initiatives. Mr. Sajan personally believes that his role is to as far as possible bring the Baker technologies to the masses to solve their housing needs.
