The people are currently satisfied with the development that they have achieved with the help of Gram Vikas. They now have much more hope. A few of their people are now working with the government or in private offices. Many of their children are now admitted in the Konkia Residential School, which was also constructed by Gram Vikas a few kilometers from their campus. The positive initiatives in Bikaspur has led to the acceptance of Gram Vikas programmes in many other neighboring villages.
Gram Vikas yet does not have an exit mechanism. Which means that firstly they do not see their work in this village as complete. Secondly, they are not sure how the village would sustain if Gram Vikas completely withdrew its support form them.
