Habitat Technology Group believes in Social architecture.  It's founder Mr. Shankar has taken a personal stand of being able to provide building solutions to the millions who have a limited budget.  They have conducted extensive research and experimentation into building technologies that are cost-effective and eco-friendly, by which they were able to build about 20,000 houses in a short span of 13 years and for a clientele ranging for the elite to the poorest of people.  For these reasons, they have been put in the category of ‘social processes'.
