Following the earthquake in Iran at the end of 2003, A&D constituted a working group mobilized around the reconstruction of Bam. Bringing together at the same time Franco-Iranian experts of parasismic structures, architects and young professionals wishing to approach these sets of themes, the team carried out a research task, with an aim of capitalizing the experiences and of defining a suitable response to this type of disaster.
